Firefly 3 Solas Waterbug Emergency Strobe

This is a Firefly 3 Solas Waterbug emergency strobe. This handy strobe was designed with maritime signaling in mind. These strobes will only “fire” when in the ON position and the 2 contacts above the ON switch are exposed to water. This is particularly handy in maritime situations where activating emergency equipment may be difficult, you simply set the device to ON and forget. If you manage to find yourself overboard your strobe will begin to automatically “fire” without any additional input from the user. Strobes are powered by 2 AA batteries and include a piece of cordage so you can tie off the strobe to the rest of your equipment. These have a White Light Strobe and ARE NOT IR!
