This is a Beef Stew Adventure Meal from Mountain House. Containing 2 servings, this freeze dried meal pack is a lightweight option to keep you belly full without weighing down you pack. Each serving contains 210 calories, for a total of 420 calories for the whole meal. When stored in a cool, dry, location these meals have a 30 year shelf life from date of manufacture. The resealable bag that contains the meal is all you need to cooking and eating. Saving you from extra dishes and mess while out in the wild.

Basic preparation instructions as follows:
1: Open package at notch and remove oxygen absorber
2: Add 1 and 2/3rds cups of boiling water
3: Stir and close zipper
4: Wait 5 minute then stir and reseal again
5: Let stand for 4 minutes then stir once more before eating.
