Description

These are US Army issued IFAK II pouches. These are the newest version of the IFAK and can be opened from both the left and right side. Pouch holds an insert, not included, that holds all medical supplies securely. MOLLE webbing on the outside allows other pouches such as TQ holders added. Without the insert it can be used as a flat pouch for storing easy access to with minimal retention.

  • MOLLE Webbing – MOLLE webbing on exterior for attaching additional pouches and accessories.
  • MOLLE Compatible – This item is compatible with MOLLE webbing.
  • 2 MOLLE Straps – This pouch has 2 MOLLE straps to attach it to MOLLE webbing.
