Description
This is a 1st Lieutenant rank insignia sleeve that is worn with compatible ECWCS outer layers. The sleeve is worn by placing it on compatible buttoned rank holders, similar to epaulettes but on the front of the uniform rather then the shoulders.
Rank sleeve measures roughly 2×2″ and does NOT have a hook backing.
