This is a rail extender used by the US military When using a PEQ-2 in conjunction with MILES gear. Intended to provide enough clearance over the MILES laser device, this extender raises the PEQ-2 just under 1 inch. The screw mounting system allows it to integrate with other accessories for MILES training with the PEQ-2, depending on the exact setup you need.
