HSGI Rifle TACO 2 Pouch, Gen 2

Description

This is a Gen 2 HSGI Rifle TACO Pouch. The Gen 2 TACO is a lighter, sleeker and more versatile advancement over the original TACO pouch. Much like its predecessor, this TACO has built in polymer arms with adjustable shock cord retention allowing the pouch to hold more than just magazines. The HSGI Rifle TACO is notorious for its universal magazine compatibility and this newest generation keeps with that tradition. These pouches will fit just about any all all 5.56mm and 7.62mm caliber rifle mags, both metal and polymer. The Gen 2 TACO is constructed from laser cut nylon laminate that is then wrapped over a woven thermoplastic core. This gives the pouch rigidity while also making it 20% lighter than the previous TACO. The half-inch spaced MOLLE on the back allows for both MOLLE and belt mounting options. For additional retention, not included, the Gen 2 Taco retains the ability to add shock cord and pull tabs to the top of the magazine pouch to ensure your gear is secure in the most austere environments.

• 2 MOLLE Straps – This pouch has 2 MOLLE straps to attach it to MOLLE webbing.
• Laser Cut MOLLE Webbing – MOLLE webbing surfaces are laser cut. Laser cut webbing is lower profile and slims down the overall bulk of the pouch. When attaching MOLLE straps with button snaps, they can be slightly harder then normal to weave due to the slimmer nature of laser cut MOLLE.
• Adjustable Shock Cord on Pouch – This has an adjustable shock cord for securing contents while also allowing for easy and fast removal of the contents. This also lowers the overall weight by not having a flap closure.
• Fits Wide Variety of Rifle Mags – Can be adjusted to fit most rifle mags. A wide variety of AR-15, AK and .308 mags can be securely carried.
