Aaron (verified owner) –
The description says it isn’t compatible with polymer mags, but I just tested it and two either gen 2 or gen 3 PMags will fit. They’re just slightly vertically staggered and with about half the velcro engagement you get with aluminium mags. One PMag of course fits just fine with room to spare. I don’t have any 7.62 or 5.45 AK mags on hand but I think one of either would fit but not two.
Russell –
Great for use, with GI metal mags or PMAGs. Can close on both, but like other review says a little less surface area to close on when PMAGs used. Great for a range belt for spare mags while going through rounds.
