This is a pack of reactive skin decontamination lotion containing 3 smaller packets that is used in the US Military. It is used when you suspect chemical agents have touched your skin, and is rubbed on any exposed skin and any surfaces on the mask that would touch your skin. Each small packet contains 21ML of lotion.
