Description
This is a Extreme Cold Weather Hood that was used in the US Army as a part of the Cold/Dry extreme cold weather clothing system. The hood attaches to jackets and provides an additional layer of protection against the cold and wind. The hood buttons onto the M65 jacket and M51 Fishtail Parka and can be closed to cover most of the wearer face. The inside of the hood is a wool blend and the edge is a faux fur ruff to help block wind. This is a great additional to issued M65 jackets and parkas.
Outer shell: 65% cotton, 35% nylon
Lining: 56% wool, 29% cotton, 15% nylon
