Grid Scale Reader

Description

This is a Grid Scale Reader. A grid scale reader is as simple as it sounds, allows the user to determine the grid scale of their map. It’s basically a simplified protractor, with a ton of different scales on it. This grid scale reader can be used with 1:24,000, 1:25,000, 1:32,500, 1:62,000 yds 1:50,000, 1:62,500, 1:100,000, 1:125,000, 1:150,000, and finally 1:200,000 scale maps. This is a handy tool to keep with your protractor and compass when your regularly using/ looking at various scale maps. This is probably the handiest protractor we have, just due to it’s small size and ability to be used on a wide variety of different maps scales.
