This is a Bleed Pouch from the US Army Improved MOLLE Medic Set, IMMS. The pouch is compatible with hook & loop lined packs, and is not MOLLE compatible. The Bleed Pouch is one of a handful of pieces that make up the IMMS. This simple pouch is great for chest seals, gauze, ETD’s, and other various other stop the bleed supplies. Pockets feature hook on the backside for attachment and a zippered closure to secure the contents inside. On the front is clear window for placing ID panels and marking what the pocket contains.
