Description
This is an old school single mag pouch from the SPEAR ELCS system. The pouch securely holds one USGI 30 round mag with a hook and loop flap that also has a button snap. Inside the pouch, between layers of fabric, is an elastic band to help hold magazines. The pouch is similar to the old M16A2 double mag pouches, but can only hold one mag. Overall it’s a good, very secure, single magazine pouch that is MOLLE compatible.

- 2 MOLLE Straps – This pouch has 2 MOLLE straps to attach it to MOLLE webbing.
- SPEAR ELCS – Part of the Special Operations Forces Personal Equipment Advanced Requirements Equipment Load Carrying Subsystem. ELCS is an older gear system used by SOF members and is comprised of everything an individual would need to complete various mission sets. Typically each pouch or piece of gear is an improved version of the standard issue equivalent, and then there are specialized pouches not found in general issue.
