Description
This is a Gregory Waist Pack from the SPEAR UM21 / BALCS system used through the 90’s and 2000s by various SOF units. This pack was part of the same system as ELCS and is loaded with features. It can attach via MOLLE to the main pack of the system, or be worn with the 2 inch buckled waist strap. This butt pack can be attached to the SPEAR main rucksack or assault pack, or used on a MOLLE belt or by itself to plus up on storage. The butt pack includes a stiffener on the back to support heavy loads and keep irregularly shaped items from poking you and it has 2 compartments that open via zipper and are lined with a lightweight ripstop material. Two compression straps keep contents secure and there are two rows of MOLLE on the outside to attach any additional accessories you may need. Overall this is a great waist pack that is large enough to go on a day hike with.
