These are small trauma shears from North American Rescue. They are made from coated stainless steel and are serrated along the lower edge to cut through materials such as heavy duty clothing easily. The grips are coated for easy grip, even when wet. Tips are rounded for safety and there is a clothing lift tip for when sliding the shears in between clothing.
