Please See Pictures! These bivys are DRMO, meaning they have too much damage/wear to meet our defect criteria, but are still usable with some minor to moderate repairs. Issues these bags may have include small holes or tears, excessive staining, missing hook & loop or zipper pulls, and excessive fading. Bivys will need to be washed before use due to previous mildew buildup that does not affect use. These will all come with DRMO written on either the footbox or the hood of the bivy. Although these are past our criteria for defect, they are still functional and the zippers will still work. They need some love and attention and have been heavily discounted accordingly.
This is a bivy sack that is used in the US Military. The bivy is made of waterproof Gore-Tex material and keeps the users sleep system dry in wet or cold weather environments. The bag has a near full length zipper, making getting in and out easy and has a storm flap to cover the zipper. When used with a woobie, the bivy can be used as a lightweight and waterproof sleep system in warm weather areas. When used with the patrol and intermediate sleeping bags the user is able to sleep in the open to temperatures as low as -10 degrees, when proper cold weather layers are worn. Bivy sacks are a great addition to any camping gear selection.

Very happy with this purchase. The item I received had four pin holes in two places and the waterproof seam tape had come loose in the head box. The tape was loose but not broken so it made an easy repair. I will purchase another.
