Description

This is a Ripstop Poncho from Woobie Gear. The poncho follows the tried and true design of the USGI Poncho that was issued for some 50 years and easily fits over a person and their gear. The ripstop nylon fabric is a little thinner then USGI Ponchos, but should hold up fine to all but the hardest use. The hood is adjustable and there are button snaps for closing the poncho up and attaching multiple ponchos together. There are also grommets on the corners for tying the poncho down for when using it to cover gear and for when making a shelter out of it. Included is a carry stuff sack for easy storage and transport. Overall this is a close to the original issued poncho for regular field and outdoor use.
