Used Condition: Tent Stakes will be slightly bent from use. NO excessive bends and stakes are still completely usable.
Color option is for rain fly color, all tents come in an OCP carry sack regardless of rain fly color.
This a Litefighter 2 tent. The Litefighter 2 is the two man version of the US Army’s Litefighter 1 tent. These tents are meant for field operations where the users have the time to set them up and can leave them up for extended periods. The tents have a lot of ventilation that keeps you cool, and the bugs out. These tents are 3 season. Even those these are no intended for use in Winter conditions, if used in snow, they can support up to 20 pounds of dispersed snow for 8 hours. When you use this tent during the winter, you will need a heavy sleeping bag. This is due to the ample ventilation in the tent from the mesh walls. Due to being a 2 person tent, two adults and their gear can fit comfortably within the tent and vestibule from the rain fly. These are great rugged tents that have seen widespread use across the US Military and are good for a variety of conditions.

We didn’t purchase this product in particular, but rather two quantities of the Lifefighter1 tents. Same difference. We couldn’t be any happier compared to the range of products that are on the market. We’ve purchased expensive branded tents and hands down this product beats them in durability, quality (stitching/seaming) and it’s a close call to being a 4-season tent. We’re aware we can purchase the insulated 4 season cold kit. It’s just another option. We have camped in the ATC area further north and utilized our Lifefighter1 tents in 3 plus feet of snow. We were comfortable with a -20 and -40 sleeping bags. (We’re not giving advice to anyone on how to prepare while out in the elements.) We are simply giving you our review of this product. Not to mention, the price of this particular tent is priced at $500 plus to $600 on up. Venture Surplus always has a good deal on many items and this is one of those products!
