Description
This is a pop flare pouch from Eagle Industries. The pouches come in two different orientations. There are Up pouches, which mount horizontally and open from the top. There are also Down orientations which mount horizontally and open from the bottom. The pouch can fit one pop flare with a buckled flap that also has a hook and loop field. The pouch can be mounted to any MOLLE compatible surface.

Very good and built well. The pouch didn’t seem to see any action or field use. Bery clean and fits my pop flares great.
